Bulging is not caused by a single factor — it is the combined effect of "heat + adhesive + material" across 3 overlapping factors.

1. Heat Is the Trigger

After fitting a new floor on your car, try to park in the shade for the first 2 weeks so the adhesive/clips can fully cure. HPL doesn't require a long curing period, but for UV/film cold-press floors, sun exposure in the first 2 weeks increases the risk of bulging.

3. Choose High Wear Resistance for the Trunk Area
